I believe life is about finding balance—body, mind, and spirit—and letting faith guide the rest. I started as a young wife and mother, learning organization out of necessity and leaning heavily on my trusty daily planner. Over the years, raising four kids, running a business, diving into nutrition and holistic health, and going back to school have all taught me that growth never stops.

I love being outdoors, playing pickleball, lifting weights, tending my garden, and learning new things—everything from fermenting vegetables to exploring spiritual insights. My faith anchors me; my family fills my heart. “God, family, country” isn’t just a motto for me—it’s how I live every day. Through my podcast and my work, I hope to share that same light and encouragement with others who are trying to live with more balance, intention, and joy.

I am a health advocate, transformational nutritional coach, and real-life wellness warrior who believes healing is both personal and practical. My passion comes from my own lifelong health journey, including weight struggles, major weight loss, and ongoing health challenges that continually push me to be my own best advocate, keep looking for answers, and to look beyond conventional solutions. Today, I help others navigate their health through a highly personalized approach, while always meeting people right where they are.

When I’m not working with clients or recording the podcast, and the weather is nice, you can find me outside puttering in my yard, playing pickleball, paddleboarding, or hiking. If the weather is questionable I’m more likely to be reading, experimenting in my kitchen (currently obsessed with sourdough and water kefir), watching a show with my husband, dancing, or learning something new. Frequent play and ongoing learning are both critical in maintaining my zest for life! I am grounded by love of home and my family, finding joy in everyday moments and honest conversations. I encourage you to stay curious, resilient, and hopeful — even when the journey isn’t easy.
